They were skilled at determining how to get larger items into a fairly small elevator and make it work. They were careful with our furniture. I was very grateful for their help. Highly recommend.

• 5 STARS!!!! There isn't enough words to describe how pleased I was by the service the G & Isiah gave today! I had booked a few weeks out with a competitor to have them cancel on me 15 minutes out from our agreed start time. after trying to book through several other business' only to find they where unavailable today I stumbled upon Heavy Lifters, so I booked online, and called them as soon as the confirmation came through, the gentleman that answered on the other end asked if I was $&$ that just booked, he was in the process of calling me when he answered my call! After telling him of my situation he assured me that they would look after me today and the certainly did! They were on the job within 90 minutes of me first contacting them and they worked there arses off today to get everything unloaded for me by days end (even stayed after 5pm on a Friday!!) G and Isiah are GREAT people and VERY HARD workers who went above and beyond for me today! TY TY TY!!!

• I booked Heavy Lifters just 2 days ahead of time and everything went super smooth. We needed all our stuff brought to our upper floors after having to stash it on the lower floors for floor refinishing to be done. The crew was mindful of the floors and really careful with our furniture. Even managed to move a large pullout sofa into a bedroom with an awkwardly small entryway without a scratch on the walls. Communication was great as well. I highly recommend them!

• This was not a great experience for me, they didn't tell me beforehand that they would charge an extra 100 $ for the disassembly of beds and an extra 200$ for loading the washer and dryer. I didn't have any choice on the day of the move, so It cost me an extra 300 $ on the spot. Discuss these things to avoid any trouble. Also, they suppose to lift only heavy things. Plus thing, they were on time.

• They helped me move large things I never would have been able to carry on my own through narrow spacing and did an amazing job!

• I can not recommend Kareem and his crew more. They were on time, professional, and communicative throughout the process. I live on the 3rd floor of a building with horrible stairs and they handled everything with ease. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great group of young, professional movers

• They were super accommodating and really nice! They actually came earlier than the scheduled time to help even though I had only paid for two hours. Highly recommend!
