  • Communication all around was amazing. Reservation and confirmation was quick and easy. Returned my phone call immediately and answered when I reached out to them for additional questions. The movers were AWESOME! They arrived early which is always a plus. They were both not only professional, but personable as well. They got the job done fast, efficient and all of our items were packed with room to spare.   • If I had to do it again. I wouldn’t. Communication with Chandler was fine after I reached out to him but It started with me specifying that I had a crib I needed disassembled in the notes section. Chandler reiterated this to me and then said my move was probably going to run past the allotted 3 hours booked. Ok. Booked for 3 o’clock but not showing up till almost an hour later, the guys came unprepared without anything or knowledge that they were to do the crib. Huh? Finding broken pieces of furniture in my living room and ceramics in my garage without a word said. Loading boxes I said are to stay and even disassembling a bed I said was to stay? Waste of time. Now I understand why it’s going to go over the allotted time but to try to charge ME extra for your workers telling you they came to my house at one time versus ringing my bell to start is another. The cherry on top? Loading a gas filled push lawnmower that they knew had gas in it on its side. Common sense goes a long way

  • Unfortunately, we're currently repacking our uhaul. I provided 8 sets of ratchet straps, 50 m of rope, sheets, and blankets, and only 2 sets of straps were used, items were stored on top of the attic space in the truck that aren't secured, so just driving to our storage unit 2 miles away sent everything flying. Heavy furniture was stored on top of light furniture, and heavy items were attacked on top of storage totes. My walls in my home are scratched and banged up, and the back half of the truck just has everything thrown into it. It's an absolute mess. One of the guys has been doing this a long time, and he was good, but the other had no idea what he was doing and the other guy had to redo all his work repeatedly. Communication from the owner was excellent, and I want to support his business, but the quality of work received is really just unfortunate.

A piece of furniture got left behind by oversight and Chandler personally went back and got it. The second man arrived a little late but the job still started on time.

I moved things along by using a hand truck bringing multiple boxes out to the truck, their speed picked up. One of the movers showed up smelling of marijuana & appeared to be high. Not the best first impression. Overall the job was Good-.

  • We moved from NY to SC and we needed one person to help my spouse unload, especially the heavy items. This company was perfect. They responded immediately upon booking them, they answered my text when I got to SC, and gave me a time someone would arrive. Derrick arrived and immediately went to unloading, and it went very smooth. He was pleasant, professional and very respectful to our items. I am very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for that extra hand. They were well worth the money, very reasonable.

  • Overall the company did an amazing job, but unfortunately things shifted during the drive because they weren’t secured in the truck so it was difficult to open the uhaul when I arrived to my destination as things were pushing up against the door and not allowing it to open.

  • We had a very good experience, unfortunately they only had one mover handling the entire job due to an unexpected absence. The job got done with some of our help, but we were excepting to handle a lot of the boxes anyway so not a big deal. Felt bad for the guy handling some of the larger pieces. Everything worked out!   • Once we unpacked the truck our fragile boxes were found to be upside down. The dining g room table edge was sat directly on the truck floor and was scratched. I contacted the owner to let him know. He yelled amd told me he didn't care. And that I didn't provide enough blankets. There was still a blanket on my kitchen floor, for which he called me a liar. Owner said all I wanted was money. Do not use
