  • Absolutely incredible crew. I would give 10 stars if I could - choose these guys!!! They communicated immediately after I made the booking and in the lead-up to the delivery. They arrived promptly and communicated professionally the whole time. Most importantly they were wildly efficient AND went above and beyond helping with some glass that broke in transit and putting the feet back on my couch. They also helped me reorganize the boxes so I wasn’t overwhelmed and could actually begin to unpack. These guys made my kind-of-scary move to New York so much smoother. Thanks a million!!

  • Two guys came and worked super efficiently. The way they tetris’d the truck to save room for the additional apartment worth of stuff we need to load tomorrow, and remembered that we wanted a specific box at the front because we’ll need it tomorrow even though I only said that one time is top tier. Can’t recommend this crew highly enough!

They came in on their day off due to our stuff being delayed, and got the job done unloading 2 U-Boxes to a fourth floor walk-up within 2 hours. Stanley was also super communicative, responsive, and proactive in making arrangements and quickly adapting to unforeseen circumstances. • The Moving Help experience was truly helpful, professional and courteous. The team was in contact with me from the start of my move and was accommodating of my schedule (I was delayed in traffic by 1.5 hours and they were extremely flexible). The 2 movers were experienced and so fantastic! They arrived onsite before me and secured a parking spot for my 15 foot van on a crowded, busy street on their own initiative. From there they efficiently unloaded all my belongings handling fragile items and heavy items with great care (while navigating 3 floors of narrow stairs). They were also really nice! I highly recommend this service! Their help eased the stress and work of my move offering great value—I would definitely use them again in the future.

  • Stanley was very communicative with me from the beginning to the end. He told me what to expect before & during the move. We were given a widow of time to expect them & they came as expected. They packed & moved a one bedroom apartment in less than 2 hrs. They also made recommendations to expedite the process by brining one pod & a truck so that anything that did not fit in the first pod could be taken immediately to the second pod vs waiting for the to drive back get another pod & return. It worked out perfectly. Stanley sent pictures of both the pods packed up & their codes. They were packed very neatly & efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone & would use them again.

They handled my move from my apartment to 2 U-Boxes with exceptional professionalism and care. From the start, Paul was communicative and organized, ensuring every detail was covered. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. They skillfully loaded my items into the U-Boxes, making the most of every inch of space while keeping everything secure and protected. What truly stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but Paul and his team took all the pressure off my shoulders. If you're looking for reliable, hardworking movers who genuinely care about their clients, I highly recommend Paul and the Moving Along Team. They turned a potentially challenging move. • Truly these were the nicest people, and the most efficient and communicative! These guys were short staffed, stuck in the pouring rain at 5pm in the middle of winter, battling the horrible NYC parking and working with one creeky elevator that is slow as hell. And they were literally SO friendly, so strong and quick, and really easy to collaborate with. Not to mention, Stanley kept in touch with me from the moment we booked with Moving Help to the very last minute. Stanley and the whole team was so flexible and continuously moved the move-in date to accommodate our late-to-arrive U-boxes. At one point, he even texted me ‘we’re here for you’ and I felt like that was true of the entire experience. Literally cannot recommend Moving Help enough!! Thank you SO much!! Also - ps - I tipped in cash!

  • Jay and Latiek were super friendly and hard working. The only issues we had were a lack of proper priority for packing the truck (boxes were packed first before any furniture) and not packing the truck correctly (i.e. boxes first, but also a LOT of wasted space). Due to these issues our table top was damaged, our expensive flatscreen was loaded standing on its side, multiple items were left or given away, and we had to do a second (interstate) car trip to finish packing the rest of what could fit in a car. All of our items should have fit in the truck if packed professionally.
