  • We used Whos moving in the past and had good service. This time was truly a disappointment. Devin and Mike showed up on this day and got off to a good start but a few hours into the move things went down hill. They kept asking whats going. We made it clear everthing was to go and needed to be put on the trailer High and tight. It was anything but that upon arrival to Alaska from Florida. Brand new mattress in a bag placed open end down on dirty floor. New bed frame dragged on side walk scratching both. They wrap items after loading leaving furniture exposed to floor and sidewalls causing damage. Latoya Lee offered to send claim forms but never produced. Mr Devin claimed he did everything right and had no responsibility for outcome at other end. My wife and I finished loading things our self. Latoya Lee said if I leave a bad review they will make no settlement without a chance to do so. A month and a half later still no response. We expect nothing! Buyer be ware! Marc P

  • I've moved more times than I care to remember. This job was an unload. Just four U-Boxes. By far, not even close, the best crew I've ever dealt with in a move. Devon and Kenya were polite, professional, and very careful with our stuff. When in doubt they asked. And both with great senses of humor. You'll be very fortunate if these two gentlemen are assigned to your move. And Latoya, whether owner or employee, who scheduled the movers, was just as polite and professional. With us, she was very flexible and was able to get us taken care of at the time we requested. And Latoya's Southern charm never waned during the several calls we made between us. We tipped Devon and Kenya before they left.

From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Jamale and Devin, the movers assigned to my move, were fantastic. They showed up right on time and immediately set to work with a polite and courteous attitude. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of their work. They were not only efficient but also incredibly careful with all my belongings. Despite the challenging nature of the move, Jamale and Devin managed to load everything into the truck quickly and efficiently, ensuring that each item was handled with caution. Their attention to detail and dedication to making the move as smooth as possible truly set them apart. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Who's Moving Company and I highly recommend their services. If you're planning a move, be sure to ask for Jamale and Devin.

  • The crew did a great job getting finished, but the loading was not too good they left a lot of space which consequently could not fit all our belonging. We had to drive 2 hours to Sarasota and then back to Winter Garden the next day to load the rest of our belongings. The unloaders at the other end said it was packed poorly, there were also several things damaged because of the loose loading and many items not wrapped with the moving pads. The crew were all great guys but not sure what happened with the load.
