  • We hired a company to load our uhaul truck and they did a fantastic job so we decided to hire Five Star for the unloading. They did try but they were not up to the job. They took multiple breaks in 4 hours then went over the alloted time and charged us an extra hour. They complained about how the truck was loaded and didn't listen to how we wanted the storage unit packed. Now we get to go back and reorganize it.

  • I can't say enough good things about 5 Star Moving Labor! The crew loaded all of our belongings into our U-Haul quickly, efficiently, and with great care. They made sure everything was packed securely and treated our furniture and boxes as if they were their own. What impressed me the most was their work ethic. They worked nonstop in temperatures well over 100 degrees without a single complaint. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication were truly remarkable. On top of their hard work, their customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and genuinely cared about making our move as smooth and stress-free as possible. The way they packed the moving truck was like a jigsaw puzzle and made it so they got the max amount of items in the truck. No space was left unused! Both helpers were very kind and helped me piece back together what shifted during the cross-country haul. We had pleasant conversation prior to and during the unloading process.   • I had a rough week arriving in Tucson with all my worldly possessions on the worse cross- country transportation line called UPack. Then to make matters worse, ABF (sends a driver that should have been smarter than the trailer he was towing), louse up 3 days in a row. Then to top it off the moving help I chose was too concerned with payment codes & intimidating customers then completing a job. Not only did I read other 5 star reviews for Five Star Moving I chose a dedicated, hardworking team that is passionate about what they do, Half of the team is a woman who happens to be a Navy Veteran. It takes another woman veteran to believe in someone that says they will take care of the situation, actually mean it then follow through with their promise. They were able to unload the trailer & pack everything into storage units until I found a house to purchase. They are extremely knowledgeable & assist with making sure I am well informed saving me time & money braving the moving process.

  • Normally I just won’t leave a review if I had an unpleasant experience, but this time, I’m taking the time to make others aware. I chose this company because of their reviews but my experience was the opposite. Brooke was nice and communicative, Dave was a character. For our size move, we didn’t have much furniture, but he was unpleasant from the beginning and continued to direct comments towards me about ‘tipping’ and how ‘heavy’ the stuff was. Oh they were also almost an hour late. They stopped and took a 45m break when I paid for 4h, spilled a large container of soda in the driveway, needed smoke and AC breaks. Nonetheless, I’m saving this review as now I’m seeing the condition our belongings are in. My wife bought and loves this kitchen table, that now has 1 4 in divets size of a quarter on multiple locations. Also, I rented 60 blankets - half of which they did not use - for our items to end in this condition. Same for washer&dryer. I’m running out of characters but STAY AWAY.
