• They were absolutely incredible!! We had hired a different set of movers to come to our house the day before we were set to leave to MI to load our cargo van and and 8x8 PODS container, we don’t have a lot of stuff so that should have been plenty of space. But the previous movers had clearly never played Tetris, PLUS they left a ton of stuff still in the house. And I couldn’t load it myself because I have a neurological condition. So I frantically put in a request to these guys and they came early in the morning and happily unloaded the van and reloaded it with EVERYTHING in there AND space to spare!!! They were absolute lifesavers and lovely people, can’t say how much I truly appreciate them!!

• We were initially wary of the company because they did not have a website apart from a rather dubious looking Facebook page. One call and the concerns were gone. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and got a crew out to help us unload a truck the same day when our original helpers bailed. The crew made great time and were considerate about where they put things. They were the perfect balance of laid back yet professional. Absolutely wonderful to work with after a stressful move. • They showed up 3.5 hours late. They packed maybe 5 boxes in an hour and a half. They were on their phones, trying to sell my adult daughter drugs, and kept asking for cigarettes. They left after 90 minutes and didn't tell anyone. We didn't even know they left until Ivy from their office called to say they felt unsafe with the condition of the house. We drove 2 hours for basically nothing. Ivy said we do not have to pay them, and I do not expect to for the hassle. Now the sale of the house is going to have to be pushed back because we have to find another company to help us pack. I also have to cancel the moving truck we booked for this weekend. What a complete waste of time and effort.

• Friendly, excellent helpers. When they arrived, I still had some furniture that needed disassembling. They did the disassembly for me, quickly and cautiously. I was impressed that they managed to fit my entire apartment into a single u-box.
