  • Guys showed up on time and quickly assessed the move. They loaded up everything into the truck in perfect order and wrapped up. They brought their own dollies and straps and had a 15 foot truck loaded and ready to go in an hour. We drove to the drop point and they unloaded everything carefully and put it in its correct place. Great Job Guys! I would definitely hire them again if needed.

They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and managed to load, transport, and unload our entire 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, including plenty of large and heavy furniture, in under 4 hours. What could have been an exhausting, stressful nightmare of a moving day ended up being smooth, fast, and completely manageable thanks to them. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and work ethic truly stood out. We will absolutely be contacting them again for our next move and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers they can trust.

  • I had 2 helpers during the of my service. They arrived on time as expected. There were a middle aged man and a young man. While the older guy was working very hard, the younger one, on the other hand, was very chill and not helpful. The younger guy either did not what to do or was lack of experience or just straight up lazy. Unless I asked him to move stuff, otherwise he just picked up small boxes, light items, or just standing there and looked. My family and I probably did half of the work. Anyway, the older man was very helpful, he tried his best to load my container.

  • I had a very bad experience with Top Notch Moving Services LLC in Sierra Vista AZ. Their scheduled arrival time was between 11;00 and 11;30 a.m. They did not arrive until 3;00 p.m. During that time I was loading boxes onto the 26 feet U-Haul truck because I did not receive any delay notifications from them. I called their office twice (11;49 a.m. and 12;27 p.m.) and left messages on an answering machine. I finally received a call at 1;16 p.m. I was told the helpers would be at my house in 30 min. They arrived at 3;05 p.m. By this time I had loaded approximately 25 to 30 percent of the truck with boxes. It was very tiring since I am 70 years old. The workers loaded the remainder of the furniture in 2 and a half hours. I was charged $480 for two helpers for four hours through the moving help reservation. I asked for a refund and have not received it. I would not recommend Top Notch Moving Services.

  • The movers arrived right on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. Very friendly and worked hard to get us safely loaded at one end and unloaded at the other. They moved mountains in just the 2 hours they were scheduled and got the job done. It would have taken us days to do what they did in just that 2 hours. Will definitely hire Top Notch Movers again in the future. Moving is stressful enough, they took the stress and worry out of getting it done in a timely fasion.

I was scheduled to pick up a rental truck before they arrived and the Uhaul franchise I picked up from dropped the ball and luckily Uhaul corporate sent me to a very reliable franchise however this delayed our moving start time by an hour. Top Notch Movers were very understanding and empathetic despite the delay they stayed and began to help me immediately. That’s why they deserve your business. • The movers were nice. They were however moving too quickly and not following the instructions. They stacked heavier boxes on top of lighter boxes containing breakable items. The order in which the furniture was moved in was such that items were placed in the way of items that needed to be brought in later. I ended up having to move some of the furniture myself after they left as everything was a jumbled mess coming of the truck. I only used 2 of the 4 hours of the time I reserved. It would be nice if customers could get refunded for the time they don't use, especially if it is a result of the movers moving too quickly and not following instructions.
