They were on time and professional, but they didn’t finish the job. I texted them the evening before thinking the job may go over the time I allotted and they responded saying there was no problem and they would stay until the job was done. Then on the day of work without any further communication when we were about halfway done, they told me We’re wrapping up because we have to leave in 10 minutes for another job. They had apparently schedule another job after their reassurance to me and did not let me know that they would not be able to finish the job until they left. I was stunned with half of the move left and then just taking off.

I am so happy that I found Nava Bros to help with our move. Marcelo and his team exceeded my expectations. They are highly professional, efficient, and clearly experienced in what they do. On the day of my move, one of the elevators in my building broke down, which meant I wasn’t able to reserve the freight elevator as planned. Despite this unexpected setback, Nava Bros handled the situation with professionalism. They were still able to unload my two U-Boxes quickly and without issue. Moving is always stressful, but Nava Bros truly helps ease that burden. I can’t recommend them highly enough—if you’re looking for reliable, top-quality moving assistance, look no further.

All three of the team members from NavaBros were kind and considerate. In the midst of probably one of the most chaotic moves they made me feel comfortable, seen, understood, and cared for. They were very careful with all of my items and moved me in quickly. They were the only good part of my moving experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend them. They communicated and even advocated for me when I had issues with the Uhaul center. I can't say anything more beside I would recommend them to anyone!

Completely unprofessional moving service. They arrived two hours late and we're not communicative. One of the movers, Ali, handled things professionally, but the other mover Chimayev, was slamming boxes down in my apartment. After telling him to stop, he very intentionally slammed down my dresser later on and was completely rude. When done with the job, they took a pic of the job number, but didn't submit it to UHaul until I called 7 hours later. One of the owners of the business is unresponsive and doesn't answer texts or calls... Completely rude and unprofessional service, I would stay very far away.

I had read good reviews and was looking forward to this experience. However, it was really negative. I had written to Navabros and sent almost 10 unanswered emails over the course of a few weeks. Finally, we got in touch with them through Instagram. They said they'd do our move at 9am. The day before, they texted and said they would do the move at 12 noon. I replied that they had already confirmed 9. After about 2 hours they confirmed. They didn't show up until almost 10am the day of our move. Then the packing. They left a ton of space between our things and the box. They didn't anchor anything. They half-wrapped things (including a mirror and a painting) in blankets. We went to UHAUL after the took the box away and repacked it ourselves - in the 15 minutes between our house, things had already shifted and fallen because of all the space they left. Absolute disaster if we hadn't repacked. I usually pack myself and should have in this instance. AVOID.

I love working with these men. This is the second time we have worked with the Nava Brothers, and Highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with a move of any kind. Professional, personable, and honest. I will be working with them again, and have recommended them to all my family. They made the moving process fast and easy. The handle all the heavy lifting, figuratively, and literally! During our move, there were three other moving companies at the same storage facility, and the three representatives for the Nava Brothers worked rings around them. We arrived later, and left earlier than all the other people moving that day. If you need professional assistance, at a fair price, with great communication, the Nava Brothers are the ONLY team you need! Obviously my wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received.

Jose was great, he was very friendly and knew what he was doing and moved everything pretty quickly. Zero complaints about Jose and he did a great job all while having some nice conversation. Elvis got the job done but was a bit more reckless with my stuff which I didn't appreciate, I saw him drop a few things, knock a few things over (and didn't pick them up), and he almost lost my TV mounting screws because he was kicking the bag of screws around instead of just picking them up which caused them to rip a hole in the bag and almost fall down the elevator chute. Nava Bros as a whole is great, don't let one bad employee stop you from hiring them, they were great, efficient, and professional otherwise and I'd hire them again.

Ali and Mason were my movers. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. They communicated ahead of time, were clear about the start time, were very efficient in moving items and unloading. They took special care in wrapping some of my bigger furniture pieces so they wouldn't get damaged. They even moved some furniture I was getting rid of into the garage for pickup, disassembled a large screen tv for me from the wall (which was way to heavy for me to do alone!). They were agreeable to help in any way possible. They were calm which really helped on a high stress day. I would definitely recommend Ali ad Mason from Nava Bros moving and will use again when the time comes.

Generally excellent work, careful with my stuff and efficient. However, I had to leave for the dentist toward the end, when only my bed remained, and they put it together wrong after I left, drilling new holes (instead of using the ones that were there) and misaligning the frame.
