the women i reserved the truck with over the phone said i would have a 17 foot truck reserved for me the next day, i go to pick it up first thing in the morning and these fucking assholes dont have a 17 foot truck so i have to work harder to make things fit and make another trip to the house , what kind of monkey bullshit is this, feel like kicking somebodys ass for this.

The guys who work there are the greatest. My problem was with U-Haul itself. I reserved a 14' truck. What was not made clear was that the 14' was not the actual length of the box itself. The box itself was only 12'. I was almost unable to make the move without incurring additional expense, and that was frustrating.

I showed up to return my vehicle right at closing, and was still allowed to check in and settle my account. The clerk was just as friendly and accommodating as he was when I picked it up, with no hint of annoyance because he had to stay a bit late.

I dropped off after hours and that was a bit confusing and the parking area was on an incline....difficult to leave a trailer. But all went smoothly and they took care of the paperwork first thing in the morning.
