They didn't have what I reserved and gave me the worst equipment on the premises. The equipment had snow all over it. The only good experience was with the gentleman that checked me out at the counter. Also the place I dropped the equipment off said the equipment I was given shouldn't have even been driven, especially for such a distance.

The truck we got was in bad condition; even dangerous. The gear gauge was wrong so it was hard to tell if you were in neutral, park, drive, or reverse. Also, the steering wheel had terrible lag and wasn’t even straight when the truck was going straight. When I got in the truck I couldn’t even see out of the windshield. I had to get my own brush to clean it off because the employee didn’t clean it and the windshield water squirters didn’t work. He also didn’t go over any details about the truck and forgot to give me the dolly.

The uhaul truck that they rented to me was horrible. It sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. It had a slow takeoff and it didn’t ride smooth at all. They need to drive all the trucks before the rent them out.

truck was clean and ran well,, however, after an hour or so with hazards on the battery died. luckily we had jumper cables and were able to start it. It should NOT have died that quickly and should be replaced.

I rented a van from the 7 Mile and Livernois location this past Saturday. After speaking with the manager, Mr. Lorenzo Hart, who quickly took care of me, I was given a vehicle and drove home. I never have had to check out a vehicle to see if it was clean, because it usually is. But after arriving home, my niece began to load up our items through the side of the van only to discover that the van had not been swept out at all. There were wood chips or small broken pieces of furniture and dust all over the back and side of the van. We were running a bit late so I didn't have time to take the vehicle back to the location. And being focused on the task at hand, I didn't take the time to call Mr. Hart which is what I should have done. I don't really blame the location but the persons who had the vehicle prior to me. To me, they should have cleaned up their mess! But even with the mess we were still able to get done with our move. Thank you Mr. Lorenzo Hart and I will be doing business with you again.

Once again I have to commend Mr. Lorenzo Hart and his staff at this location for the great job that they do and for their great customer service. However I do have a complaint against the way in which reservations are handled. I called to reserve a cargo van for last Sunday at 2pm. Was given a confirmation number. And thought that everything was all set only to arrive at the location to discover that not only did they NOT have any cargo vans. They didn't have any vehicles. I couldn't really get upset with the staff because they politely explained that they didn't make the reservation and that even though I had a confirmation number, that didn't mean that there was a vehicle there for me. They did however told me that a van was scheduled to come in around the time that I was there and prayfully, after some stressful minutes, a van was turned in. Even though I had to wait much longer than usual I was given a vehicle. I just wonder is there something that I can do or something that can be done to ensure that after I make a reservation, a vehicle will be there for me? Especially the kind that I asked for. Any information would be helpful in preventing this from happening again. Thanks again to Mr. Hart and his staff.

I reserved a truck and when I arrived they told me they didn’t have any and it wasn’t anything I could do. I suggested if they could call me once a truck is returned considering I had a reservation to begin with. This was a big inconvenience with me trying to find another location and it was the 1st Of the month. I had paid workers that started at a designated time and I had to pay them extra for uhaul’s inconvenience
