My van was not ready for fast pick up. No call text or email ahead of time. Waited 2 hours for the store to open and was treated like it was no big deal.

I requested a 20ft truck, 2 or more week's prior to relocating, truck was rented, cashier because of a computer glitch, tried to not even rent me a truck at all..thank GOD for the manager or whomever..moving is stressful in itself without the help of a uneducated salesperson assisting you..smh.

All the workers are friendly and I never seen them rude to any of their customers. However, my charges were in disarray & I was notified days later. - Final charge is suppose to be 43.80 from my return on Sept 30, 2018. - Uhaul made additional charges in error: Started with $63.23 ; then added $38.10 ; then another $38.11. Uhaul has pulled $139.44 of my hard earned money! This had put my acct in the negative. I had my rent check submitted. And now I don't have available funds for gas to school, work, and food for my table. Uhaul overreacted instead of contacting me first, allowed days to go by before notification. I STILL don't have my funds returned since SUNDAY. I deserve some type of compensation for such an inconvenience !! Uhaul today only gets 1 star from me & trhat's beacuse non of the workers were nasty towards me.

There is always areas for improvement but I must say, everything was exceptional, the customer service, from greeting and thanking me for my business and extending if I need anything to call back and they would be glad to help in anyway, NOW THATS A GREAT TEAM! I didn’t have to wait long in line, everything was quite organized. No need for improvement in my eyes, but the U-Haul computer system crashed twice so I had to continue to give my info to pull up my reservation over again. But that’s technology for you! *Great employees and service there at 7 mile & Livernois U-Haul location!

The dollie was not in the truck, and I didn't realize it until I got to my destination with the movers, this was a huge inconvenience! When I called to let them know, they mentioned it before I did, so they knew and failed to contact me! I won't be visiting this location again! Oh, I had to stop and visit another store to get a dollie... another inconvenience!

The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and nice. He answered all of my questions. He explained how to use the appliance dolly. He also showed me how to adjust the drivers seat. I love this location if I am ever in need of a uhaul again I will definitely use this location.

The staff at this location were phenomenal. However, if there were another option for truck rental I would not have used U-Haul. They are frequently overbooked and do not have trucks available without ruining someone else’s reservation. This is a problem with U-Haul’s policies and procedures and should not be held against the local centers.

I was overcharged and now I have to wait for a refund. On top of it all the bed of the pickup truck didn’t even work properly. I will never rent from here again. Ever.

Before check out. Examine all the trucks to see if that everything works properly. The wiper on the driver side was not working on a raining day.

Stop charging double rates. I rented a uhaul van that I thought was $19.95 and I ended up paying $88.61 for two days, but had it for one day. Maria in customer service quoted me $39.95 for two days. I wanted to pay in cash, but they said I had to pay with credit or debit card. When I returned, it was a different agent there and he asked the customer did you want to pay cash or charge. It would havr been nice to psy with cash. Why do you all charge double?

The door did not go all the way up & was hazardous. The lock on the door did not lock and the key did not fit the lock. I was also charged an extra day of rental in error. When I pulled up staff were leaving. They told me to put key in mail slot. I asked if I needed to check in on the website and they said no. I called to resolve the issue, was told someone would call me and no one has given me a return call.
