The $19.95 cost indicated on your vehicles is confusing to most people. I have used U-Haul in the past so I am aware that the $19.95 cost is only the tip of the cost iceberg and is only the cost to get into the vehicle, slam the door and get out without moving it. Truth in advertising would be the best policy for you by adding a statement to the $19.95 sign saying "plus mileage fees" and gas replacement costs.

I was quoted and asked for a round trip rental. I was handed an invoice for a 1 way at ore than twice the price. I'm calling that bait and switch.
