I had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul at this location. It took over an hour just to receive the access code needed to get the keys for our vehicle. We spoke with at least five different customer service representatives, and most of them either could not access the code or were unable to help resolve the issue. To make matters worse, when you reach the screen to retrieve your key and access code, the instructions say to go inside the location for assistance — but this location was closed. The entire purpose of using the after-hours pickup service is supposed to be convenience and ease, and unfortunately this experience was the complete opposite. After spending over an hour on the phone being transferred between multiple people, we were close to giving up and leaving altogether. Thankfully, the last representative we spoke with, Roosevelt, was finally able to provide us with the correct access codes and help resolve the situation. Overall, the process was extremely frustrating and stressful, and this location’s after-hours pickup system clearly needs improvement.
