This location was top notch from beginning of process to returning keys. My only challenge was not being able to do the online key return, I couldn’t get signal to do the return process fully

Amat LI have rented from this location many times and the is service good so I’m not knocking them personally but this trailer was filthy inside. It had thick mud and debris all over it. I was moving my daughter home from college and had no way to properly clean this out when I got up there. I assume the person who rented it before me left it that way so there should be a pic from checkout but I took a pic too. I had to lay down paper towels to avoid staining her mattress with mud. I know things get missed and this is the first time I’ve had an issue like this but needed to make this known.
WILLARD WOur experience was seamless. I booked through the UHaul website, and the only pick up location available near me at the time of booking was Colonial Mini Storage. Nervous to book and not knowing the whole process, never having done this I called and verified everything was all set day of, she was very pleasant over the phone and reassured me everything would be okay and easy. We arrived a little early, she had us through the paperwork and hooking up to the tow dolly before it was even our scheduled time. And we were off. The tow dolly was to tow a Chevy Equinox, and it towed it like a dream. No hiccups, new tires. We returned the next morning and that was also seamless. Drop off and receipt in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way! I would definitely book again and would recommend Colonial Mini Storage for the pick up location!
