The last time we used this location I was accused of stealing the catalytic converter which was crazy and this visit I was given a truck with a bad starter. I had to take off an extra day from work as well as my help. This was very disappointing. There was $9.02 that was charged to my bankcard that needs to be returned.

This location is a dump and the staff try to be helpful but seem to be understaffed and you have to wait a very long time to get service.
Also, the truck I rented was a gas-guzzling piece of junk that only got 5 miles a gallon. Its bad enough they charge $.99 cents a mile to use the truck on top of the rental rate, but then you have to put $80.00 in gas back in the truck just to use it around town. Not to mention I wasn't sure that it was even safe to drive and seeing another one of their trucks sitting in the lot by the one I was renting that had been engulfed in flames and completely burned to a crisp did not make me feel very confidant.

I rented a new pick up truck . The inside was clean and the outside had a little bit of mud from someone driving through a puddle or something. I drove the truck 270 miles and was only on the highway when I returned the truck I was accused by the man of mud running in his new truck. First of all the truck is RWD if I was mud running in it the mud would be on the rear tires not the front. An the amount of mud on the truck was so small that his accusations were not only wrong but idiotic. I will not be using this place again. I recommend that you don't accuse your customers of mud running In a brand new truck and making a scene in front of other customers and embarrassing me.

For a Saturday only a couple of people were working and my wait time to get service with 2 people ahead of me was an hour. Seems your systems are really updated were you can't tell what storage is available to rent and what is not? Found that odd!!! Need better operations it may speed up your service levels.

Reserved a vehicle online, I arrived at the first location to pick up the vehicle at the assigned time. No one was at the location. I called customer service, was transferred twice then put on hold for thirty minutes before I gave up. After sitting in the parking lot for an hour I was able to get ahold of a local uhaul rep. They were able to find me a vehicle at another uhaul location ten minutes away. When i signed out the vehicle the gas gauge was a quarter tank lower than what the documents said so I went back in and notified the rep, he said He would make note of it. When I returned the vehicle a different rep checked the vehicle in. The first thing he said was the gas was low and an additional charge would be levied. I showed him the reciepr for the gas I put in the tank and asked him to compare it to the mileage I used, he would not do that. At that point the first rep walked in and I asked him to clarify the gas situation. He did clear it up. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory, I and the people helping my move were delayed over two hours and an attempt was made to over charge me.

representative Jeremy S. was unprofessional, rude, argumentative and lazy. He did not explain the rental process and when the reserved truck's sliding door clearly had trouble closing he was reluctant to provide another truck stating all the sliding doors worked that way, however when he went to demonstrate on another truck he actually proved himself wrong. The point was just to provide the customer with a well-operable truck. He eventually switch out the truck (which he clearly demonstrated frustration for having to do so, although I was the only customer in the store at the time (7:15 am)). He started the other truck, left me with the clip board, no instructions and just walked away without saying a word. Jeremy was rude and his actions were unwarranted. I am a customer here just to pick up a truck I reserved. I wished I had chosen only location. The only reason I did was because the when I reserved the truck the representative Gwen was professional, kind, pleasant, and courteous. I figured, I will use this location instead, although it may have been a little further away. It does not cost anything to be professional, courteous and treat clients with dignity and respect. I know I go out of my way to treat business representatives that way, but at the end of the day, yes it does cost...now you will lose money (overtime) because I will not recommend or refer this location to others, and personally will not want to do business there in the future.

customer service was excellent. i went in person to the store several times beforehand on different days to ask many questions and dealt with a different employee each time. each employee was very patient with my questions and helpful in their answers. on the day that i actually went to rent the truck, the gas gauge showed less than amount noted on the rental agreement (before i left the lot), so ended up not having to pay for gas used. it's a small thing but well appreciated and i would recommend this uhaul location to anyone who asked for my opinion.

First of all we only needed a Tow dolly for approximately an hour and a half, So David you put us in for a total of an hour and a half down half but it took 10 minutes to get checked in, So that left us with an hour and 20 minutes to have it. We understand that there was no pending reservations for it so we wondered why they didn't telling us that it was good for 24 hours not a short amount of time. Next we returned the tow dolly, We got a check in, And then they credited my visa which I didn't use to begin with I paid cash for it. So then they Charge my card for the amount, Plus charge it a dollar So my bank hasn't received the deposit of the $27.02 plus the dollar so now my account is a negative of $28.02, Because of the stores screwed up, And this all happen on Saturday and today is Monday and I still have not received a credit. So now I am short on my bills because of this. You my contact me about this by email or 614-843-0922 to talk to my husband brad.

Your staff at this location is rude and unfriendly.
The service is very slow. I had to wait more than half an hour for someone to entertain me when I went to drop off the truck.

Outstanding staff and service. Did a great job of getting our wiring harness fixed,ran a neat & clean operation, and were very pleasant to work with. All in all, the best experience I've ever had with a trailer or vehicle rental.

I thought it was an excellent experience overall, but I went in expecting to pay $19.95 for a rental then with the mileage, insurance and refilling the tank, it cost me almost $75! It would be nice to explain this a little better
