The back door would not open. Snow and ice on truck. Frozen. I had to drive back to the location for help with what to do because the truck was not usable. So I had double miles because of the inconvenience.

All fluid levels were filled and truck was clean
Bryan KI was charged more then my quote i paid 822 not 765 and clerk could not tell me why and I need that truck. I still want to know why.
NATASHA MDid not have help hookup and ensure lights work
