The gas meter was messed up I moved out of a storage unit and moved my stuff to my new house and gas meter never moved so I still put gas in the U haul and it still didn't move so how am I'm suppose to knw how much to put in there if it doesn't move but im the one that will be charged extra money not coolCHRISTINE R.

Stop charging customers for your employees checking in the equipment. Your online check in is a pain. Get out, go to building scan a barcode , go back start truck. Verify milage n fuel. Turn off take pictures, take more pictures. Verify where its parked, etc. Had issue with gas. Gauge didnt raise when filling tank, so now you got extra gas, cuz it's completely full. I did the 24/7 share. I received my lockbox code to get the key, went and unlocked it and there was no key inside. However, I was able to find an employee and get the key. It was a slight inconvenience but overall not a big deal since it didn't delay me much.Mark R.

I had a horrible experience with Uhaul. I was told my Uhaul reservation was a pick up at one location and drop off at a second location. I asked twice to confirm this information. When I attempted to drop off the truck, the location had closed earlier and I was unable to reach the location I rented from. After 30 minutes on hold I spoke with the corporate customer service who informed me I had to drive the truck back to the original rental location because it was not set up to drop off at another store. This resulted in over $50 more in cost in addition to over an hour of my time after moving all day. I was threatened to be charged an additional day if it was not returned by 8pm when I was original told we could have the truck for a full 24 hours (this would have been 10am the next day). I requested the store manager call me however, I received no phone call or response to my email communication with the store. There was no customer service at the corporate level and I feel that it was absolutely ridiculous that in the hour I was on the phone attempting to resolve this, I could not speak to one person at the store I rented from.KONRAD Z.
