When I arrived at 9:00am to pick up the truck, no one was there. After calling the 800 number someone was finally there at 10:00am. After I got back the lady who was there could not pull up the contract, she was able to pull the truck around no put on the trailer, I had to do this myself . She said she called her help but he did not respond. The price quote from my Internet order was different than my actual quote. I was not pleased with my service at this location.

The gentleman that serviced us was very customer friendly and did not treat my husband and I like we were bothering him. The office was a trailer like bldg but the service outweighed that and that is what matters great job
