My recent experience was not what I expected. The tire pressure light was on and during this experience an authorizing was needed before I could receive the key which delayed my departure for 30 minutes. I was quoted two prices and was charged something different.

MEAONCA JThey tried to Report the truck stolen and telling me I never returned it when I returned the truck the same day I used it before the time it was actually even so then called me 2 days later and said I never returned if I told the man I needed it until 9:30pm he put me down for 9pm even so I still returned it before 9:30pm I understand things happen but how did you NOT count your U-Haul’s and realize I put the truck back or check the cameras and see me put the truck back it was very upsetting I will not be going back to this location it took FOREVER to check in to actually get the truck it was just a messy 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
