I was given 3 different pick-up locations via text that morning which was very frustrating. I did not want to drive to Detroit but this was the only option. Very frustrating.

Nice fast service
sherrod nThis was my second or third time using this location, and unfortunately my most recent visit was the worst. When signing the U‑Haul out, it took the staff member more than eight attempts just to take a picture of my driver’s license. After that delay, the truck I received was dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned. If I hadn’t been on a tight schedule, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will not return to this location. I was also charged a $24.75 mileage fee, and I would like to know exactly what that charge is for. I hope this fee is consistent with what I’ve been charged at other U‑Haul locations, because I would hate to think this is how U‑Haul chooses to serve my community.
VELISA LMake sure you take photos of the vehicle before you start your rental location, accuse falsely of damage previously on the vehicle
