They received the auto transport on the morning of the Aug 30th they did not register it in, I had to attempt on several levels to locate it my self, drove back down state on Sept 1st 6 hours round trip $80 in fuel to find they were closed, I had to send people there to locate the auto transport and take pictures and put the dealer on there cell phone to talk to me on Sept 2nd,Due to the fact they do not answer there phones or emails, I was told they were signing it in then and the phone was jerk from the lady and a Anthony got on my friends phone and cussed me out, up and down and hung up on me. still did not sign it in. Finely Tuesday the 5th I called the location after calling traffic and they still had no record of it being signed in, So on the 5th I finely got a hold of Anthony and he was nice and stated he did not know how to sign it in, I gave him Mike in traffics # and told him to call Mike and have him walk him threw the procedure, reminding Anthony to sign it in on the morning of the 30th. Now I have got a bill stating it was signed in on the 31st, This has been a week long nightmare along with accusing my friends of not returning it, drove 6 hours and was cussed out along with being charged for a extra day, Now Russ at the Farwell location here were I live has been so nice to return my $58.25 and said he is being charged $75, I feel Mr Hamilton and the Farwell location should received a $75 credit and the Detroit location should be investigated and Anthony needs to take his certification classes again, as a retired uhaul dealer my self I know this is not Uhaul's normal practice and hope this matter is stressed to Anthony of the severity of his mistake and to never again yell at a customer. I would have returned it to the Farwell location if my truck would have not blown its engine, I have proof from my state farm insurance that they towed my truck in. I do hope Mr Russ Hamilton is credited and I would also like a apology from Anthony maybe a credit on my next Uhaul rental. I can be reached at 313-918-8485. This matter matter ruined my holiday in fear the auto transport had been stolen, not a happy customer at all, Thanks Mr Hamilton at the Farwell location for helping in every way possible.

Nothing customer service is always excellent and they are always courteous, polite, patient and very accomadating especially Nate (hope this is his name). But I will recommend this location to anyone that asks.

The cashier, Iyesha, was extremely rude and was in a rush to wrap up the transaction. She didn't bother to mention that the tire pressure was low which resulted in a two hour wait after a flat tire. The next day after complaining to the general manager he took her side insisting that she couldn't possibly have been rude to me

This entire experience with Uhaul was the worst I have ever had. The agents waited too long to give me a confirmation call. I ended up contacting Uhaul before they contacted me because it was two days before and I had still heard nothing. And then, the van that I wanted and the dollies that I had requested were not available at a nearby location. I was sent to a far away location, which required me to burden a friend of mine and take time off from her job to drive me to a distant location, and then it took a very long time for me to get the van and leave with it. They gave the van to me with less than an eighth tank of gas, which just seems ridiculous. At first, they said they were just going to give it to me with that small amount of gas, but then it seemed like they changed their minds, and asked for me to wait, and they were going to put more gas in it. I waited, and then the van finally was available, but they for some reason actually did not put any gas in it, after all. I don't know what they were doing with it for 10 minutes. Not only did I have to stop and get gas almost immediately, but they also did not have one of the dollies that I had requested, and I had to go to a different Uhaul location just to get that. The entire process took a very long time. The vehicle was also rather dirty inside. Someone left a box inside and they were sticky residues all over the area below the radio. At the return location, the Uhaul representative was rather gruff and seemed somewhat cross with me because I did not know where to park the van when I was returning it. It was not clearly labeled at all where the parking area for returned vans was, and then when I asked where I needed to move it, after the Uhaul agent told me that i was in his way, his descriptions of where to park the thing was not clear to me, and he rather exasperatedly said that he would just move it himself. He seem to be having a difficult day and swamped with work, but it was just really not the reception I was expecting upon returning the vehicle. The entire experience left me feeling like Uhaul didn't really need my business, and that they didn't care if I got what I needed or wanted from Uhaul. Everyone knows that Uhaul almost has a monopoly on the moving van market, but they are starting to really act like it. Next time, I think I will go with Penske. They are more expensive, but after this recent experience, I feel like they're worth the extra money.

No drop box..the employee was on her cell phone when I walked in and didn't beither to look away from it when I came in. She was the asst mgr very rude and unprofessional. The rest of the transaction went ok. The welcome was so bad that I wouldn't recommend this location. Also I really didn't want to.keep the van overnight. A drop.box would have been more convenient.
