Customer service was fast and efficient. After taking less than 10 minutes to reserve my truck online. I then drove to the store and had keys and a truck in only 5 minutes. Great experience, great equipment!!

Rain was pouring when we arrived to pick up the truck. A customer service rep went out and got the truck and brought it closer to the door for us. Still got quite wet, but they went the extra mile to help where they could!

The only problem I had was that my email address was wrong several times, and I had to call 5 times to get the confirmation via email. A lovely girl was a big help and got it straightened out. I received that email from her, June 12th 9:01 am Springfield location on Campbell Ave. She took the time to see where the error was, fixed it and was so pleasant and helpful.She deserves a raise! Thanks, Sheila Thrower

I informed the service agent that I would be driving 180 miles round trip and was quoted 96.79 for the cost. When I returned the van the price was 121.75 even though I didn't go over the 180 miles. He did not explain the extra charge to me prior to the rental and I was blind-sided with the extra cost. NOT HAPPY!!!!

The truck had a bad headlight which was replaced before departing, but it was not mounted properly and bounced the entire trip. Truck (26 feet) was very under powered for the load.
I believe that it should be announced to customer when buying U-Haul boxes, that when the unused boxes are returned, a receipt is required in order to get a refund. Very poor policy to require it without being told in advance. I will not use U-Haul again but will go with another company.

I was greatly disappointed with U-haul. The truck I was given was in extreme disrepair. I felt unsafe driving the truck. There is clearly something wrong with the transmission and break system. We did not feel comfortable with our personal items being transport in this vehicle, that is why we returned early.

The young men that were manning the office were adequate, but not very professional. They seemed bored to have to wait on customers and less than happy to be at work. They did their job, but weren't very friendly, professional or good representatives for the U-Haul company. The U-Haul Company on the other hand, has never let us down. I have rented equipment with them about 6 or 7 times in the past 2 years. Great company!

Cody was amazing. It was a very good way to end our HORRIBLE experience with your company. IF, and that's a biiiig if, we use uhaul ever again it will only be because of Cody McGuire's fantastic customer service skills. Your phone people are atrocious and are by far the rudest people I've ever worked with.
