I have told everyone I know that this place is the only place to rent in the entire Springfield Missouri area. The customer service is outstanding. The owner works so hard to make the customers happy. The best experience I’ve ever had and I’m 56 years old.

Actually this place was the second U Haul dealer I visited when I needed a trailer. The first place let me reserve a trailer and then the trailer was not available for me at the designated time. Smart Choice did a great job getting me trailer.
