Downloaded the u-haul app to find equipment and place the reservation. Part of the app didn't appear to work smoothly so I still had to finish the reservation when I arrived at the store. As this was a weekend the location choices for the type of equipment I wanted seemed limited compared to the number of locations the app showed. My only other issue was that it was very hard to match other available equipment substitutions to an area map of locations because the app didn't feature this option. Perhaps I could have just called and done it quicker.GARY W.

I waited 30 minutes for my Van when the App said the Van was ready at 12pm but I didnt get one until 12.30. Also I called into the Nationwide Customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes. Not very customer service orientated. I had good service on prior visits but using the App screwed everything up.MATTHEW M.

The truck they gave me the abs light kept coming on, and when it did, and when braking, the brake pedal went to the floor and would pulsate. I told two of the employees, and they didn't even acknowledge I said anything about it. I would have thought they would say something about it, but they did not.. Then, I went to fill up the gas tank before I rented the truck, and they wanted to charge me for additional gas usage. I took a picture of the gas gauge before I left the parking lot, and I should it to the employee. This u-haul experience absolutely was not very good. Trevor was very helpful. He went out of his way to work with us as the drop off location was changed from the place we rented from and we were never advised of same. Fortunately, he corrected their mistake so we didn't have to drive 20-30 minutes out of our way and be charged an additional fee.
