The movers stole over $1000 in new boxed Legos, and a brand new boxed trash can and there are many other items missing. We used them to load Uboxes to move across the country and they loaded some of our items onto a truck and then put them in the Uboxes when they got back to U-Haul. I have pictures showing how they threw our items into the Uboxes. We had all items separate because we had 2 delivery destinations. They mixed all the items together in 5 of our 6 boxes. I had to go to the U-Haul warehouse and separate all the items in the boxes so they could be delivered. I had to pay for an extra delivery. They also made me get an additional Ubox and pay them an additional $250 to load it. When sorting the items at the warehouse I saw that two Uboxes were only half full. The mover kept my final load of items on their truck for over 24 hours before they loaded the last ubox and then put a lock on it that was not mine. I have reached out to the movers with no response. Horrible experience!

All boxes were loaded. There was nothing stolen. Been in business over 10 years and never been accused of stealing anything. You had more than 4 uboxes worth of items. To ask for a full refund on the job plus shipping is over the top. We could have just loaded your 4 boxes and ended the day and you would have had to contact another company to finish the next day.

First Choice Movers is a scam. They did not complete the job. The 5 U boxes they said they completed is a trash dump. U haul employees saw the content in these boxes and were terrified to see the mess First Choice Movers made. THey asked us for extra money for the additional U boxes and we agreed. They said they will come back nest days to finish the job but never showed up and did not return many calls we made. They got the pay code and disappeared . The people worked at U Box felt bad for us and found some people to help completing the load to the boxes. The 5 boxes First Choice Movers threw our belonging in were rearranged and ended up with only two. First Choice Movers intentionally cheated us, took the money and disappeared.. we comment this to give warning to anybody about to use them and ask Moving Help to remove them out of their system

Stephon called an hour prior to arrival, he came in with greeting smiles and asked what I'd like done 1st. I'm 9 months pregnant and he was truly understanding and went right to work, he didnt mind i just sat and mainly watched him work, packing a few boxes here and there At first I was worried because he was by himself and it's 2 flights of stairs, and my furniture is heavy. But I put my trust in him and he did absolutely did not disappoint. No damages whatsoever to any of my furniture. He even organized and packed the truck up professionally if i ever did see. He was quick on his feet, and got the job done in no time. So if your looking for someone who is not only over the top friendly, but a hard worker as well I'd recommend this company and especially Stephon. I could not be happier with the service provided. And hope my review will help along with my referrals to those who may need help moving.

When makin the order, I did not expect Deante to reach out to me as quickly. That was a pleasant surprise! Didnt feel rushed or anything like i have in the past when hiring other movers. I hired them for the day to help with a dump haul and to move some stuff out from a storage into a truck that was indeed very nerve wracking for me. They kept me in the loop on their arrival time and where i live traffic is always and i mean always an issue but Deante made sure to let me know what time they would show up. They handled everything amazing!! As stressed and worried I was they made sure to make me feel better. No matter how hot it was and how they were lifting things they still managed to keep a great customer service smile! The good. nothing stolen, truck did not tip over after loading. The bad. terrible use of space. Heavy stuff crushing fragile labeled boxes. All furniture was damaged in various ways despite protective coverings. Matress scraped, table wood has split, dresser nobs bent and screws busted. Computer table scraped and dented. I tipped them well in cash because they worked hard. It’s unfortunate they did a shit job and I only discovered it as I was unloading the next day. Definitely were not mindful of space, or cared to protect furniture despite having supplies to wrap and guard.

We were told to expect the movers to arrive between 9 and 10 am. Due to factors not completely clear to us related to their ability to get the uboxes, they did not arrive until 3 pm. We sat around and waited for 6 hours with minimal communication providing any sort of updated ETA. Once they arrived, the 2 gentleman worked efficiently and we are generally happy with the care they provided to our home and belongings, and happily accommodated any requests for additional padding and adjustments to the packing job.

This group was the absolute best. Every step was organized and well communicated by Deante. Stephon, the mover, was detailed and made sure to treat me and my belongings with the utmost respect. I was not sure if I would fit everything in, and I gave him three wishlist items I was hoping to fit. Not only did he organize the container most efficiently, but he even reconfigured a portion to ensure I got the third item in even when I was happy with the first two. I honestly wish I had just had my friends help. Huge chunks were taken out of the wall, not all the furniture pads were used when moving things. I had to go back and add some after they left to furniture that had contact or had drawers sliding open. I am nervous to see what state things are in when I get to my destination. I had to leave some items because the way it was packed would not allow for them to be safely stowed. They kept forgetting big things as they were loading like my desk or other items I had already said needed to go. Just overall seemed a bit disorganized, but they did get almost all if it in the truck in very hot weather.

the dresser and night stand where both already damage. there was shrink wrap and blankets in between the top and base of both items which means whoever wrapped them while loading had to have lifted the top.

After initial contact with the company I received no follow-ups, they told me to book my elevator from 0800-1200. They did not answer any phone calls, texts, or voicemails the day prior. The day of they did not show up and could not be contacted on the phone by any service representative at haul or moving help. 5 hours later I received a text with screen shots saying the company had contacted moving help and they could not meet the requirements of my move. MovingHelp should reimburse me for the $175 I had to pay for holding my elevator.

My guys did not damage your fridge we already discussed this. Your friend and grandson moved the fridge and caused damages after my guys left and you tip them and paid them. These guys were careful enough, but slow as molasses. Seriously, I had everything ready to go. They arranged and rearranged the same 20 boxes for about 1 1/2 hrs. It was all downhill from there. SUCK!

The movers were very fast and efficient to load/unload a 3 bedrooms home with big appliances. They did however damage one piece of furniture, an IKEA wardrobe which is easily fixable.
