Great customer service. I needed a truck on a Sunday and this place had one. They have a key drop-off box so you're not rushed so long as it's returned on the same day. Excellent experience! Thank you!!

I found it difficult to determine how much gasoline I needed to but in order to return the tank to 7/16ths full. I followed the suggested number on the form and wound up adding approximately six gallons more than I neede to. I suggest that the trucks be kept full and the renter be required to return the truck full, which is how rental cars handle this.

I could hardly tell this was a U-Haul location. They say they are a 24hour drop off but there were no instructions on the outside of the facility to tell you what to do with the keys. We actually left the place because we thought we were at the wrong address and then came back realizing it had to be the U-Haul facility.

Speedometer is broken and there is a shimmy in the vehicle at speeds indicated at 80 mph. However, on Rt 195, cars were passing us at that indicated speed so it was obviously not accurate.
Facility is beautiful and customer service is equally excellent. The truck is just older and needs a little repair.

Have a person that is not miserable helping their clients. Maintaining trucks properly (seatbelts wouldn't tighten) and cleaning periodically (cabin compartment was filthy)

We were very satisfied with the way the procedure was handled for renting the U-Haul. That is why we would reccomend other people to use U-Haul.

The Storage Depot was very friendly and accomadating. BUT very displeased with UHAUL website and reservation system overall. I was never notified of change of location from where I originally selected. No notification was sent. In addition the UHAUL location I originally picked was never notified of reservation request. This caused us to have to drive much further to pick up a rental which cost more per mile. I would never utilize the only reservation system again only in person. Plan to see out the $50 refund due to failure on uhauls part to have truck at proper location.
