Absolute terrible experience from the beginning to end. I arrived within 15 minutes and had to spend 30min on the phone in order to get the keys which I already paid for. App is complete useless garbage, always crashing, never updating. Truck steering was extremely loose and dangerous. I followed all steps to return/drop off, but was charged +$7 with no explication. I drop off the truck and take pictures and nowhere to be found was the gate code so I can go home. Spent 2hrs locked in a god forsaken u haul location with no one to answer or chat on useless app. Never using this terrible company ever again.
