UHaul did a bait and switch. Changed pick up location from an IN PERSON pickup 8 miles from me to a phone pickup 18 miles from me. It was not easy to use! It took over 65 minutes to get the truck and then even longer to get customer service. They then charged me for overage because they moved my pick up location. Absolutely ridiculous! I don’t want an app I wanted a human interaction. The process was not streamlined and the tech was not easy to use at the location. Completely disappointed

Be sure to verify all charges when they give you the paper about the gas indicator. We did not read it until we got home and missed a charge we did not okay. Customer service was excellent and took care of the problem.
