Maria WThe drop off procedure was much better, the location wasn't the greatest but at least there were people there you didn't really know where to park the truck again it just was like an empty lot there were some other U-Haul trucks there but you really didn't know where to park there were people there again like I said and that was helpful but taking picking up the truck never again. They also couldn't print a receipt because I guess the uhaul.com web site was down or some other excuse they gave me, they did email me the receipt but other than that it was a day that I won't forget too soon.
