Location was great.
Maria W.The app offered pickup via the app and allowed me to book an 8am pickup. Upon arrival, I did rhe checkin and it stated to wait until the location opens at 9. I had movers booked 8:30 and had to push the back. When I e-signed it still had a drop off at 2 instead of the 6 hours I was promised. It was disappointing that the app and the location did not match and delayed the move.
Carol V.The front wheel alignment was out by a large degree toe out. I discovered this on the i95 whilst driving to my destination. I was able to handle this without incident but a driver who is more nervous would have an accident leaving U-Haul potentially liable.
