The person at this location was pretty nice. However, the parking brake on the truck did not work. The sides of the truck were extremely damaged. He wrote on the slip that the truck inside was swept and clean and it was really dirty. Also, he failed to mention that there was minor damage on corner of cab and snuck it onto slip without saying anything with the comment "renter assumes responsibility for water damage to items inside truck". I think to improve customer satisfaction trucks like this should be held and repaired and the person at this location should be upfront and honest.

Bottom line, FIX or replace your old trucks. The truck I was given was not safe for the road period. I've taken pictures of this truck and will be contacting MTO Monday. That death trap of a truck will be pulled from the road. U-haul you need to be held responsible for your trucks

The advertised price was VERY misleading, on top of that, the Cargo Van I rented smelt of Cow and was extremely dirty on the inside. I will not use U-Haul in the future, because this was an awful experience.

ordered it in Hamilton, ON 5 days before the move and still had to drive 45 mins to get it in Brantford, ON. when i got there they told me the daytime running lights did not work yet still let me go with it.
