The gentleman who helped me was super nice. He even made an accommodation for me because they didn’t have the 15 foot truck I had reserved available. He ended up getting me a 20 foot at no extra charge to me.

JEFFREY CThe phone check -in is cumbersome and frustrating. A note needs to go out setting the expectations needed BEFORE checking in. Just have some one available.
Lynne BThe truck needs a wheel alignment or some kind of suspension repairs. The truck is dangerous.
