The location was amazing and very nice people. I tried to get the truck before they opened with the reservation system and it was the most horrible experience. I had to change my reservation. You need to fix this!

Uzi BBefore I left the U-Haul location, I noticed the gas wasn’t actually at half. I mentioned it to the lady afterward, and she told me I wouldn’t be charged. But I was still billed for a full refuel. I also bought some tape, and my card was run twice, so I got charged twice. On top of that, when I first walked in, both owners were arguing in front of customers.
