I was not aware that the location closed at noon on Saturdays and showed up at around 1pm. I was lucky that an employee of the adjacent towing company found someone in the back for me who happened to still be there. There hours of operation were not communicated in any communication.

I had rented the transport for a one way cross state move. Several hours into my drive, I was called back and my move was canceled. I returned teh transport to MOTOR Marine and they gave me a discounted price since I did not need it. Greatly appreciated and saved me some cash. Would recommend this location to others for thier customer service.

Dogs in rental office. Multiple mistakes by rep on contract took over an hour for guy to get paperwork done. Got what I needed but frustrating and little customer support.

i was a bit suprised when i picked up the truck and a 29.99 rental fee turned out to be twice that. imagine my suprise when i turned it in and the bill was 93 dollars. really, a dollar a mile with a truck that gets 4 miles to a gallon. last time i rent from U no thanks.

The process to rent a unit takes too long. I was there at 9:08 on Saturday FEB 11 and there was only one customer renting anothere unit, by the time I left the office it was about 5 minutes to 10:00 AM. Besides that, the RV 6' X 12' was missing the wire for the lights, so that took another 15 minutes. It doesn't make any sense to have a WEB site and so much paperwork to print and sign off.
