Customer Service line unprofessional. Reservation had me picking up vehicle in Ottawa, a 6 hour drive from booked loation. No assistance in rebooking or changing reservation. Second time this has happened. Your rental agenies are the backbone of your organization. I would recomment better training of telephone agents. HEATHER HGreat service and the equipment was well taken care of. I’ve used U-Haul for several years and have never seen a company have the trailer hitches covered and oiled ready for use. The staff hooked up the trailer as well were very professional.
