Great experience and the Beier's were very helpful and even willing to stay open later or return in case I couldn't make it for pick up in time... They deserve an "Excellence in Service Award" if you have such a thing... I will come back to them agin and recommend them to anyone who is in the market. The trailer was in very good shape and Mr Beier gave very good instructions on hook up, etc. Thank you!!!

Staff was friendly. I had rented there before with no problems. My complaint is that I dropped off the truck clean and they charged me $25 for cleaning. I called to dispute and the fellow told me they had to clean out trash and sweep. When I told him that I had removed all trash and left it clean he admitted he didn't check it out. He also said Uhaul doesn't pay them to clean the vehicle. I asked him to have the person who cleaned call me back and they have not. I will no longer be using that location, and will avoid using Uhaul in the future.

I rented a truck and in the paperwork it has charges listed: 1.price of u haul 2.price of additional items ( dolly, boxes, ect) 3. Estimated milage. My uhaul price was $39.95 plus charge for appliance dolly $10 and then taxes total came to $51 and some change (estimate per phone call when reserving uhaul) I get to the facility and go over paperwork and was told paperwork includes prices for uhaul, dolly, insurance, and "estimated" 50 miles of usage. I was informed that I wouldnt fet charged for what milage I did not use but they use 50 miles to show you the estimated cost of total rental. I then retun uhaul next day and am told I used a total of 85 miles when I actually had used 35 they argued up and down thats how much I used when I calculated that was moat certainly not the cause. So my total bill wond up being a grand total of $130 which was obserd by I paid to not have to argue with them. I would NEVER use them again nor refer this company to anyone unless they would like to get ripped off!

A rear tire was very low in air and the wheel bearing was a bit loose, The service was the best I have ever had, the guys went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe trip, and to make sure my truck was set up correctly.

This truck broke down. I could not stop to fill up the tank with gas because if I did, the truck would not have started again. When bringing the truck back to Beier, I had NO LIGHTS (very dangerous on hwy 141 and 30). I took a picture of the gas tank as I left and the miles. The tank was 3/4 full. I am very unsatified with the maintainence on this truck. Obviously, it was not well maintained. I truly feel I should not have to pay full price for this service. Please contact me ASAP in reference to this service.
