I arranged to pickup a truck from the 306 W. 4th St, Eureka, MO location. The confirmation call I received was from an Iris at Beiers. Iris did ask me if I needed directions, but I knew how to get to the 306 W. 4th location and declined the directions. I arrived at the 306 W. 4th location and no truck. This is when I found out it was at the Fenton, MO location. If I wanted to get the truck in Fenton, I would have requested it there. I had to double back to Fenton to get the truck that also made me miss an appointment. This was a very big disappointment for me. I did receive additional miles for this issue, which I was satisfied in getting, but it was a very aggravating experience and an inconvenience for my appointment.

Believe your customers when they have gas receipt that gas was re filled and turn around and charge outrageous price for gas, I will never recommend uhaul for anything to anyone!! I will never use uhaul ever again!!!

Better explanation of the refueling requirements. They said the truck was full of gas. Before returning it I filled it up. I found out that the gauge was on full but the tank was not full. I put in 6 gallons of gas to fill the tank but only drove 18 miles. I don't rent these things every day and has been years since I have. At that time you rented a truck with a Full tank of gas and returned it the same way.
