The truck did not seem like it was maintained very well. The brakes and transmission seemed like they would give out at any moment and it was hard to steer. The alignment must have been off because I had to keep the wheel pulled to the left to keep it in a straight line.

I had to return a couple of times to ensure my car was securely fastened to the tow dolly. The people who were working were helpful and professional, although a little more proficiency and experience with tow dollies would have prevented the extra trips and concern.

When I told the guy that checked in the truck about the problems whith the truck he was unconcerned and in different to the problems. All so everyone should know that state police are targeting uhaul trucks. I saw four of them pulled over on my trip. And I was pulled over for no reason at all so the state police could search the truck. Most likely I will not use uhaul again.

Called in to confirm the check in of our drop of from the previous night. No one could tell us if the trailer was checked in or our status. We dropped off at 915pm Friday the 17th and called 930 am the 18th. We ended up going in at 1030 to discuss the situation and get our final receipt. The gentelmanat the counter was great and had just come in from doing the drop off inspection. The computer said our drop off was the 20th... THe paperwork said the 18th the confussion fell into the gap of days. The original call we made took over 20 min. with no resolve of the drop off... BUt again our experience in the facility was Great!

This dealer was about 15 minutes before we finally chased someone down to help us. After we finally got the person he was very helpful.
The first location we were supposed to drop the trailer off was the Aloha dealer on sr89 in Harrisville, Utah. When we went to the door it was locked and a sign was visible with a phone number on it. I dialed the number to only get an answering machine. At this point I called your number on the contract and spent 30 minutes on the phone while the man on the other end decided which number would get a change in drop off locations. The Aloha was supposed to be open from 8 to 1 pm and the time was 11 am. I will think the situation over very carefully before I deal with U-Haul again!
Between the two locations we were over 2 hours dropping the trailer off!

There was some confusion on my return date and the service member suggested that she could give me an extra day for the rental to ensure that I avoided a late fee. The problem being that I didn't need an extra day andshe ddidn't mention that the extended service would result in a higher price. I also didn't receive any instruction on my auto transport and now to secureor maintain my equipment. Overall the employees were very cordial but I would rate my overall experience as below average.

The load i transported was somewhat sensitive to extreme vibration. I don't expect the truck to be perfect but this one was absolutely horrible. There was no such thing as a smooth road, even on a smooth road. Gas gage also didn't work very well. They knew these things too by comments made during check out. Sure would have been nice to know before i drove off. staff was excellent, truck was clean, my online rental process went very smooth. It even allowed me to edit my truck size at the last minute. But i also quickly received junk mail after my reservation, should have given my junk email address.

The trucks run a little rough - they are clean, but run really rough & sometimes we had a hard time starting them. We have rented 2 trucks in the last 2 months & they were both like that. Other than that, everything else was great.

I rented this online, then I called the location and told them that my son would be picking up the truck and did I need to come down and show my credit card. I was told no and then was later called and told I had to come down to swipe my card. I specifically called and asked and was told incorrect? information.

The first place we went, Mike's Stop in Harrisville was closed at 7am. So we eventually ended up here. We wont use Uhaul again cuz of the bad experience at Mikes. I would drop them as a location. 30 minutes sitting outside a closed store. Called the 800 Go Uhaul number and were hung up on twice by actual people. Eventually found the Wall location. All in all, a truly horrible experience. You have lost my business for good.

Unfortunately I'm disappointed with the fact that we paid for 5 days and although we ended up using the truck for only two days Uhaul is refusing to pay us a refund. So now we have to dispute it...we'll see what will happen. Hoping the management make it right.

One of our pods was missing the support on one corner, which made it very difficult to close and causing us to miss making it there before closing. The staff immediately agreed to take the charge off the trailer for the next day. My husband was told when he dropped it off that the manager would contact us on Monday to see if we wanted them to fix it or move our things into another pod, but we never heard from anyone. This was a suprise because up until this point we had amazing help from everyone involved.

Dropped the trailer off in the middle of the night so the location was not open but the next morning I received an email saying that the trailer was returned. No problems.
