Customer Service area could be better with TV and coffee. The water was a nice service. I don't know how many wait for installation, it may not be cost effective for this service.

The location contacted us 3 times but without any message; hence, did not know if there was a problem or if they had completed the installation. When I call the local store I got you national reservation line. When I told them I was trying to reach the local store they said that if they do not answer then it gets forwarded to them. They then tried to reach the local store and connected me only to get re-routed back to the national number. Now I was getting upset and the gal said her supervisor had the ability to message the local store and would have them call me again. Never heard back from them. When I went in to pick it up I relayed my displeasure the way things were handled and the reply I got was Oh!....no apology etc. And this is what you call customer service??????????????

The call center scheduled me for an appointment at 7:00 AM. The technician at the soite does not get to wrok until 9AM. I had a 2 hour wait before the installation before the installaiton could begin. The site was appologetic, but said it was not their fault. Call centers need to verify personele prior to making promises they can not keep.
