Tail light was out, trailer was pretty beat up but worked ok. Was surprised that I had to purchase an adapter for 15 bucks so trailer lights would work on a 2008 Chevy truck. Easy enough experience overall, though. Got the job done.

When I arrived I was greeted with, "Are you here to pick-up a rental?". I said "yes". Then a man who appeared to work there, (Didn't get his name) said, "Hahah good luck!". However, once I stated that it was a trailer they said, "oh yea, that's no problem". That seemed strange to me. Other than that, I was really bummed to find out that I wasn't able to drop the trailer off after hours or even at a different location. My brother in-law was towing it for me, and he had to take time out of his schedule the next day to return it for me.

The staff could work on customer service skills and proved accurate rates when submitting online and in person. This was the most horrible experience I have had with uhaul.

My reservation was not correct. But was not this location s fault. I has asked for a dolly and moving pads and there were not on my reservation. So the store did not have moving pads available for me. I made this reservation well over a month in advance. Not very confident with your computer system.

Pick another location. Employees seemed unfriendly; counter person didn't acknowledge me as I waited for over 10 minutes while she worked with another unfortunate customer. The other worker moped around the lot while talking on his cell phone. While attaching the trailer we didn't even fill out prior damages. Just hooked up, checked lights and drove away. Both seemed unhappy at work. Spider webs on fenders of trailer. I will not use this location again.

They have no military discount. They staff are super slow. The fastest was the man who worked outside hooking up trailers.

It needs to be clearly stated that U-Haul needs to somehow research how they set up drop off locations for their customers. I proceeded to my scheduled drop off location in a state completely unfamiliar to me only to find out that they were unwilling to accept the trailer I had towed from California to Arizona. I was then sent to another location to drop the trailer off. This location was out of my way, and very inconvenient to my schedule as I was trying to leave town. Upon arriving there, they were courteous but after disconnecting and dropping the trailer I was informed that they could not return my cash deposit. This return of the cash deposit had been guaranteed by the location that rented me the trailer initially. I then had to re-connect the trailer and travel to a third location to drop off and get my deposit back. It was a big hassle, and wasted about an hour and a half of my time. U-haul needs to have better communication with the facilities they sub-contract with so they can keep the promises they make when equipment is being dropped off. It is very nerve racking and upsetting to be in an unfamiliar state and unfamiliar surroundings, and have to be delayed and told a company cannot keep promises they have guaranteed to you in writing.

Per my husband who is a mechanic and who drove the truck to California from Arizona, the truck sputtered as if the fuel filter was clogged, so it didn't usually go more than 45 mph unless he was going down hill and an hour into his trip the check engine light came on, so the trip took hours longer than it should have because the truck drove so slow. He drove the truck from 10:30 pm to 4:30 am in an isolated area of the desert, so it would not have been safe to stop on the freeway. My husband thinks we should get our money back, because the truck drove so poorly, so I put in a complaint yesterday.

I did not bring back the dozen furniture pads because I thought they were purchased, not rented. I told the girl I would return them and apologized for the misunderstanding. She told me she would "hunt me down" if I didn't get them back to her. I felt that was very unprofessional.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the triler becuse it needed a waring harnest, they need to have the equipment ready for customers. I'm not very happy with the service.
