Mary SCheck gas gauge better, our truck was completely empty upon pickup. The online checking was frustrating due to error messages which were wrong. We did use support but it took us over an hour to get out.

MARGARET SOffice agent was very unhelpful at check in. He made me search the entire lot for the truck when he could have chosen the closest one or offered to pull it up for me. The truck was in a location right behind a pole in a blind spot which was very unsettling. The equipment itself had a very loose steering that was difficult to drive safely with and keep within the lane markers. The office agent at drop off was also unhelpful and appeared reluctant to get out from behind the desk and do any sort of work. It seemed like I was bothering him by dropping off the truck. Overall very poor experience and very poor customer service at this location.

VLADISLAV SThe truck had 1/4 tank of fuel upon pick up. We experienced mechanical issues within the first 25 miles of getting on the freeway, we called the pick-up location, didn't get an answer, left a message, but never received a call back. Had to exit the freeway in traffic, shut the truck down for 10 - 15 minutes multiple times along our route to reset whatever was causing the issue. They somehow had my email address completely wrong, and I didn't get my fial receipt until I contacted the complaint department.

No place to wash your vehicle. The person running the office is arrogant and unable accept responsibility.

But the best asset was Jessye the manager. Extremely helpful and what a great sense of humor and personality. She is worth the experience all by herself. Can’t wait to store my motor home there when it comes time.
