Anita RI truly appreciate this location. Initially, it wasn't our first choice because we were planning to pick up a 15' truck from a storage center closer to our kids' school. Fortunately, I received a call from a friendly representative just in time to schedule our pickup here. From the moment we walked in, the gentleman was very helpful and explained our rental contract clearly. We rented the truck for 24 hours, but our move took a little longer than expected. We picked up the truck on Friday around 2 p.m. and returned it the following Sunday, shortly after 2 p.m. My husband was worried about being charged for an extra day, but the staff closed the account the next business day with no additional charges. Everything went smoothly, and this was the best service we've ever had with U-Haul. In the past, when renting for our resale business, our experiences weren't as positive. I appreciate the gentleman who assisted us—I didn't catch his name, but thank you so much for your kind service. We're definitely planning to return in the future.
