They did not honor any discounts for being military, seniors, AARP, AAA or even coupons from their website! I brought the truck back in the evening where you can do a check in on their website and it was horrible. There were lots of problems with their website. The Uhaul app was buggy and had constant issues with network connectivity. Mobile pick up took about 45 mins. Had to park my car across the street and then had to cross the street back into the lot location as it was required to do. The app also timed out while I was waiting to receive my lock code to retrieve the keys and when I reopened the app, the system assumed I got the code and all I could do on the app was to return the truck without ever getting the keys. Mobile pickup option is slow, frustrating, and is a technical disaster. I will not be using mobile pickup ever again in the future. Would like to have a refund, that is how bad the experience was.
