U-Haul gave us a dirty and damaged truck. There was a problem with the fuel system and the light was on when we picked the truck up, they cleared the light. and sent us on our way. We drove all the way to Oceanside with a faulty fuel system. Went to go fill up the tank to return it and the fuel started flowing out the bottom of the truck. Needless to say the truck was not safe to drive. And they gave us the truck with the sever problem. I am not happy about this experience at all.

I told the guys that the truck kept stalling on me and wouldn't turn on, this was a huge inconvinience and could have been compensated. So I don't know If i'll return or reccomend this location

I made a reservation to pick up a tow dolly and the operator( answering service ) never told me or informed me that I couldn't cancel without getting charged $50.00 if I would have known I probably wouldn't have given my credit card info simply cause you never know if you can make it on time. I recommend you guys train your answering service people to give out that policy info right off the bat so we as customers can make the call to either give you the credit card info or not.........

Motorcycle trailer? Could they not have found another trailer at another location? Nothing, absolutely nothing... Not a phone call was done about it. Incompatible and unreliable.

Please check for damages and clean the trailer. The trailer was covered in a petroleum substance; our household goods now smell like gasoline. We were offered a replacement but declined it because we did not have time to return to the rental center. It should not have been missed by personnel.

Really friendly helpful staff, but it seems like this is a really busy location (Ive been here numerous times) and sometimes theres not enough staff so people are waiting for awhile before they get served. But apart from that...great experience.
