Maybe if the counter person who checked me in was friendlier. He barely greeted me or even looked up at me. But when I checked out, there was a young man who was very professional, friendly and caring. So he actually made up for the first guy.

i rent moving trucks every once in a while from uhaul and i really dont have any complaints but every time i need a truck and get it from this location the truck has issues this time the tie down railing was falling off i had to load acording so it would not scratch any thing and the drivers mirror was so loose i was tighting it with my hand i told the uhaul employee he said they dont tighten it because different people drives the truck i still do not think that it should be so loose i have to keep tightening it with my hand and when i change lanes i have to let my window down and hold it in place until i switch lanes it seems this locations dont care about customers first next time i rent a uhaul truck if i have 2 get it from this location i will go some where else u need 2 go here and rent 1 of there 26 ft. trucks and see how u feel and spend your money to rent some junk

I am very pissed off with the level of customer service and follow thru promised! My card was charged additional charges without my prior acknowledgement or approval! I called the location 3 times for an explanation.. the 1st time yesterday I was told someone would call me back..the 2nd time I was placed on hold for 6min then the call was disconnected and now the 3rd time I'm on hold as I type this review 27min and counting, so the next time will have to be a visit! RIDICULOUS!!!! uhaul never again I will stick with penske in the future!!!
