Received a trailer infested with ants. The place was very professional though during pickup. To me I believe that things happen. The best part about it was I was immediately contacted by the area manager who was awesome. He immediately had a solution and the uhaul on mechanical blvd was top notch. I applaud the leadership in garner!

Be sure to clean the back out before renting out to someone. I made the mistake of not checking before hand and when I went to drop off the uhaul they tried to charge me $25. I didnt leave anything in the truck but it was from the people beforehand. I also reserved furniture pads and they didnt have any. Furthermore when I went to call the owner of this place to tell him he rented me a dirty uhaul he claimed he couldnt help me because he wasnt at the store. Then why would you answer your phone in the first place ? I would never rent from these idiots and jerks ever again.
