Computers were down so I lost an hour of time and they still wanted the truck back at original time, I think they owed me the hour. Also the gas was low, they said after I realized that I should have come back, where I think they should have checked...isn't that part of what I'm paying for

Even though it was a very busy Saturday morning, and the computer system(for payments) was down, the manager and staff was polite, and worked very hard and fast to get everyone processed. Would definitely recommend them.

The staff at this location was the most professional and efficient I've ever encountered at any U-Haul location! The truck I happened to get was not running well, but the staff made up for it. I was so very pleasantly surprised!

The boys were excellent at taking care of us, great attitude, very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is not about the employees, they were terrific, it is that they needed more help and it was obvious. That store was busy at 8:00 AM on a Thursday.

Customer service was first rate! The inside of the trailer had dirt on the floor but only took a minute to sweep out. We'll definitely use this location again and also recommend it.

I parked my car in the front of the office and was told to move the car... but the rest of the uhaul lot doesnt have parking markings. Very frustrating!

The personnel at this location were exceptional. The guy even gave the number to call a cab so I could go get my car rental. Very friendly crew here except the guy who met me when I drove up with the truck. He was very brusque and acted like he did not believe me when I stated I had just put gas into the truck. He then was rigid when he inissted did I put 5/8ths gas in. I asked him if he wanted to see the receipt for the gas and he refused, so what was the point? Everyone else was great!
