This truck was extremely clean and ran great. The owner was friendly and helpful. I love that the truck automatically downshifts to keep from speeding up downhill -- great in the hills where I live. On top of everything, it was WAY less expensive than Budget!

We were very disappointed that the price quoted was just the start. When we arrived we found that tax and an enviromental charge and insurance[ afraid not to take it because of consequences otherwise] were added. We ended up paying much more than we anticipated, and then of course, the gas. It was very disappointing at that point. I think that should be explained up front when the price is quoted, not as an afterthought when we pick up the truck.
