I dropped it off at sSuperintendent foods, this was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and I will never rent a uhaul trailer or truck ever again. I was charged $31.50 cleaning fee for a 2 minute clean that was supposed to be emailed or texted to me which I never received, I was treated badly and accused of lying, they refused to refund me. I don't recommend renting uhaul from Nanaimo, very unprofessional and very bad management.

Nan ZMy pick up location changed twice between booking and pick up. My turn around time for pick up went from 40 minutes to 3 hours. , putting me behind schedule for my move. For this reason uhaul i will not use uhaul again if i can avoid it.
