The price was an insane amount more than what it was when I reserved the truck online. It said it would be $34 with insurance, somehow when I got to the location it was $65 dollars with no insurance not including mileage!! Also the man who checked the vehicle back in was extremely rude. Overall not a good experience.

The website for Uhaul should not allow a 24 hour reservation when the local place is not going to honor it. I made a reservation for 24 hours with pickup on Sat Dec. 7th and when I picked it up they tried to tell me I could only have it for 4 hours. They finally let me have it till 9AM the next day but said they can never rent a local for 24 hours on a weekend. I got the truck back by 9:50 the next day and the girl who did the return very nicely reversed the $50 fee I was going to be charged. If they won't rent a local for 24 hours on the weekend we shouldn't be able to make the reservation.

I had to repeat information from my reservation to the person at the counter when I came to pick up my truck. I was hoping it would be in your system for them to pull it. Overall though everyone was very friendly and professional.

Casey was a pleasure to deal with. Very polite and very knowledgeable. On the other hand John was a first class jerk. I of course am upset with the bill. It's incorrect. It was quoted at about $75 and I was overcharged. I am looking at a bill over $100. I reserved the truck for 5:00m and left my job before 1 and arrived at the store very early to ensure that everything would be set before I had to pick up the vehicle. I also went to pick up what I had paid for online (a Queen size mattress cover) and the employee at the time could not find it so I paid for another one.. (Double charged?) The employee was very nice and ensured me that everything would be all set for me at the time I returned for the reserved vehicle. I just wanted to get anything needed and required done with early to save time. Well that was not the case. When I arrived I had to wait a very long time before it was my turn, and no I'm not exaggerating. There was only one worker so I understand. On my turn she took a very long time going through my information and I thought she might be doing it on purpose. The couple behind me also had a reservation and she simply said ok, and handed them keys. Why did she have to take over 20 minutes with my transaction and that couple went in and got handed the key. Not to mention how long I waited for it to even be my turn where she jokingly said, why is everyone coming in late? When she was going through my information with me. I didn't say anything to that I was already tense since I had only reserved it for 4 hours. Secondly, I reserved 1 appliance dolly and 1 dozen of the blankets that help protect furniture for my paintings. For some reason, they put in TWO dollies AND two blankets. The girl had brought them over which made me wonder why was in not already set as the first employee said it would be. I only needed one as there was ONE man, my father who also didn't need the thing since of course the appliances stay in the apartment since they belong to the landlord and i just had huge bags. It was one of those 'just in case' things but since I live on the third floor we could not make any use of a dolly either. I accept charges for what I reserved and had verified but I cannot accept charges for a mistake your employee did. Believe me one was in the way so double of everything was definitely in the way. I was charged for TWO dollies. One appliance one, and one smaller one. I can lie and say I reserved the smaller one but I didn't. When I opened the back there were double blankets and two dollies. BOTH had to be moved out of the way for my items and when the move was finished they were placed back neatly. I was charged for both dollies because the seal was ripped. I told the employee who took my call, yes of course the seal was ripped it was in the way. However as I said, I was supposed to have been charged for only one so this is not acceptable. Thirdly, the girl printed a document and showed me where the gas was currently at. I signed as I understood. When I was done with the truck, I went to the gas station n
