The truck that I rented was not available. I had to take a 10ft box truck instead. I was lucky in that the person working stayed late. Otherwise I would not been able to get any truck because the Mobil app was not working. I sat 9n hold for 30 minutes before giving up. The person at the desk was very nice and helpful but the overall experience with uhaul was terrible
