Moving blankets ordered ahead of time were not in the truck. I had to drive to another location to pick them up. The mobile check in process was horrible. The app got stuck on a screen after I photographed my license. The help team was marginal. Instructions were not clear. It took 20 minutes on the phone to finalize the pick up. The overall rating on my experience is 2 out of 5
