It would help if there was a sign on the main street, so you would know that it was there. Biloxi is being way unfair on not letting you put out a sign, so that your customers know that a U-Haul company is there.

Despite the fact that we returned the truck and had no paid receipt or contract to show them, THEY were expecting us and had everything right at their fingertips. Very organized, efficient and professional. Would use them again should we need moving assistance in the future.

The truck I reserved was not available, it took almost an hour to get the truck that was at the location into the system so I could rent it. There was a poster on the wall with a $50 guarentee of "on time, right truck, right place". I asked about that and she said the manager was out. I will not use U-Haul ever again.

Please contact for more info. Contract redone two to three times. Returned to destination and contract was for another uhaul. Also when trailer connected by uhaul employee trail or detached from uhaul after traveling less then 6 miles. Very dissatisfied. Contacted customer service and still no reply.
