MICHAEL JMrs.Alice was great, I did have to wait for over an hour to pick up rental truck due to the system being down (no fault to the location of pickup) this was a U haul issue.
Lynn CI am waiting to be contacted by a regional representative. The equipment/trailer lights were not working, making it unsafe to use the trailer. I had to turn it in 2 days early when I was able to get it to a U-Haul location. Please contact me regarding this rental and experience. I called and left a detailed description of the problem, and it created a big inconvenience on my end. This trailer should not be rented out to anyone else until it is fixed.
